1. Presentation and explanation of the Statement of Faith (which will have been sent to all Assembly participants and to all WRF members by March 15, 2010) and presentation of motion regarding the Statement of Faith (Andrew McGowan);

 

2. Presentation and explanation of all By-Law changes which have been made by the Executive Committee/Board of Directors since the Johannesburg Assembly, which will have been sent to all Assembly participants and to all WRF members by March 15, 2010, which changes must be ratified by the Assembly and presentation of motion regarding the By-Laws changes (Paul Gilchrist); 

 

3.  Presentation of any nominations for the Board of Directors (in addition to those being made by the present Board of Directors, which will have been sent to all Assembly participants and to all WRF members by March 15) received by the International Director by April 1, 2010, and reviewed by the Board at its meeting on April 12, 2010, and presentation of recommendation of the present Board (from the meeting on April 12) regarding these nominations (Rick Perrin);

 

4.  Presentation and explanation of any proposals coming to the Assembly out of the pre-Assembly workshop on missions in an Islamic context (Phil DeHart).
